Hi, I am happy with the trial and would like to go ahead and purchase. Before I do that, though, I'd like to know whether it is necessary to install TWS in the same environment for it to be able to connect, as I have come across errors during installation using Wine. Thank you. |

TWS can be running on a different "computer" than where Sierra Chart is installed. But the only part of this that we give information for is at Step #15 of the Setup Instructions with regards to the IP address of the system where TWS is installed. Depending on your setup, you will need to ensure that the TWS computer can be seen by the computer running Sierra Chart.
