Continuous Contract Chart Not Updating

Hi Sierra Chart Support,

I have created a continuous contract chart for the October expiration contract of MGC (MGCV25). The candles on this chart are not updating during live trading. The last candle that shows up on the chart is the candle that formed at the time that I last logged into the Sierra Chart desktop application. No additional candles form on the chart after this point.

I have other charts in the same chartbook that are not continuous contract charts. These charts that are not continuous contract charts update during the live trading session (so, I do not think there is an issue with the data feed connection).

In addition, I have Sierra Chart updated to the current version and I am scrolled all the way over to the right of my chart.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue of my continuous contract chart not updating?

We are not sure of the technical reason why this is the case, but to solve this, use the December contract instead.

Or disable the Continuous Futures Contract option and set it to None.
