Attached is an error message I usually get. Is this a problem on Rithmics end? This has never taken so long, its usually instant, even with 60+ days. I lowered the intraday days' to load to 20 across all charts and swear it still takes a good 30+ minutes PER chart. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-09 02:01:59

Yes this is due to Rithmic: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy One thing that you can try that might help but probably not necessarily is documented here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance Although this is only going to be helping if the Rithmic server is actually transmitting data and at a reasonable speed. Increasing the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 minute fixed it. Though, I have a couple instances. One for DOMS, and one for charts. For the charts instance, I want to keep the data storage time to 1 minute. Though, on my DOMS instance, leave it at one tick as the VBP values aren't accurately increasing- 1-2 prices are updating values as if it was current price, instead of the actual current price. And it seems that when I want to change it on the secondary instance only the main instances overrides it. Also. This randomly just started happening but there are prices that are far away from current price and there are these annoying flicks on the DOM to that price/quantity. I have the maximum market depth levels to 10. Attached is a screenshot for better understanding. <--- fixed Thanks for your help Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-10 13:45:53
