Hi, The region dividing lines on all of my charts are missing after installing the current version, 2789. Current Settings: Chart Settings>Grid Display>Region Dividing Lines>Yes Global Settings>Graphic Settings Global>Region Dividing Line>Black My charts have a white background. I tried reverting to the previous version but then most of my charts didn't load so I'm back to the current version without the Region Dividing Lines. I re-loaded Sierra Chart a few times but the lines are still missing. Any ideas?? Regards, Erich Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-08 16:16:31

We are not seeing any issues with the Region Dividing Line on the current releases. We are able to view them properly per the settings you mention, and change the color and width through the Graphics Settings. We do not have any idea other than check to make sure you are setting the color in the right Graphics Settings window: Graphics Settings: Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
