Hi

I am using CQG for Live Data through AMP Clearing, my Data/Trade Service is set to "AMP CQG [trading]" should it be set to "CQG Trading [trading]"?

When I load an intraday chart their is a large gap between live prices and the prices loaded from historical data. In the attached image you can see I opened an intraday chart of TF (Russell Emini) for the first time and waited a few minutes before I took a screenshot, as a result the last few bars are from the live data feed, whilst the previous bars are all historical prices, and there is a large discrepancy between them.

What is the problem here?

Thanks,
Ben

We currently know about this problem. Not sure when it will be solved.

You should be using:
"AMP CQG [trading]"

Well that is not very promising. What exactly is the problem? Choosing to "Delete and Download" data seems to help somewhat but I will wait and see how it looks when we open tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.
