I purchased service package 11 and also added Nasdaq Total View data feed but option do I need to select in the Data Feed drop down menu l, is it SC DATA or something to make sure I get the market depth data. Thanks Aleem

Your "Current Selected Service" should be set to whatever trading service you want to use. If you do not have a specific trading service, or you are just doing testing, then you should have this set to "SC Data", which is the default.

When you open a chart for a NASDAQ TotalView symbol, the symbol needs to have the -NQTV suffix, which specifies that the data is to come from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. For example, you would open a chart for Tesla by using the symbol TSLA-NQTV.

In terms of the Market Depth data, you need to ensure that you have the proper columns setup. If you are still having issues after going through the above, then go through the items at the following link:
