Hello, what folder are studies kept in? Nearly all the default SC studies have vanished, and my chartbooks and trading systems no longer work. I have not deleted anything. Here is the backstory:

1. 2 months ago I copied my SC installation to a VPS and do live auto-trading from there. The VPS copy works perfectly.
2. Since then in the last 2 months I have not even started my local desktop installation of SC, let alone deleted any studies files.
3. I started my local installation of SC today to do some dev work... and most of the studies are gone!
4. There are no studies in my Windows trash bin.

I know this sounds impossible and crazy, but it has happened.

This is simply the result of the SierraChartStudies_64.dll file in the Sierra Chart installation folder being missing or inaccessible in some way.

Do you see that file in the Sierra Chart installation folder?

Yes, that file is there. See image. It is 2MB size.

edit, I have restarted SC and now all the studies are there. I have wasted your time, but this definitely happened.

This is definitely going to have been a system issue on your side. There was some failure to load the DLL.

Usually a problem like this is due to security software running on the computer.
