Hello,

I signed up for a trial which is about to end in two days. I also have an active account with Thinkorswim. Yesterday, I successfully connected to TOS for futures data. But today, I am not able to get live data. My charts are not updating in real time.

I would like to know if Sierra is free when I use data from Thinkorswim? Also, I am referred to Sierra by Ray De Medici, prop teacher of Compass FX but can't get to set my cumulative delta indicator to work like his. I am totally fine with paying a monthly subscription fee to Sierra, but I would like to get my questions answered first. In that regard, I really would appreciate it if I could talk to someone from support. I can call at any time that is of convenience.

TD Ameritrade/Think or Swim does not provide historical order real-time futures data with the interface Sierra Chart uses to them. You would never have been able to get real-time data using that connection. Futures historical data comes from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.

Sierra Chart is not free. Refer to this page for the pricing:

In the case of using Think or Swim, for real-time futures data you need to use the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed:

This is inherently difficult and we need to know the specifics of the Cumulative Delta Calculations they are using and the particular data feed.
