Is it possible to open a traditional or roth IRA account through sierra chart with FXCM with raw active trader spreads +1 pip, $2,000 minimum deposit, and trade 1k lot size?

We had a quick look at this and it does not seem as though that FXCM will let you trade in an IRA account no matter what the account type. We do not see the IRA option even on their standard application form. Have you checked with them about this?

When selecting the account type on their standard application form there is no specific option for IRA accounts. However. IRA accounts are listed on the their support page (http://www.fxcm.com/support/faq/documents-forms/) towards the bottom saying "Please contact an FXCM accounts representative at (888) 503-6739 or e-mail admin@fxcm.com." for IRA accounts. I have contacted them in the past and they mentioned IRA accounts are available, but I don't know the process about opening an IRA account with them(if I fill out the standard application then they take care of it on their end for an IRA account or other way). Since the IRA option is available, I was wondering if its possible to get the raw active trader spreads +1 pip, $2000 deposit, and able to trade 1k lot size on an IRA account with FXCM. |

This might be possible, but is outside of the standard procedure of the FXCM accounts that we have sign-up links for. Not really sure how we can help with this.
