Data feed not giving me S&P Futures feed

Started program and received feed of both S&P and S&P Futures (ESZ4-CME), but now not getting the futures feed (S&P still feeding). Got the message "Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol RESZ4-CME

We have several reports of this today. This is a Rithmic issue. We are not sure why it is happening.
