Erase Lines Tab previously made alert sound upon pressing "yes" now it is silent. Need direction to reinstall alert sound.

We do not know what you are referring to in terms of the "Erase Lines Tab".

On the Control Bar the Button Labeled Erase Non Text Drawings (Erase\Lines); previously when I used the Button to delete "all non-text drawings" there would be an Alert Sound upon choosing "yes." The Alert Sound is no longer working and I do not know where to find the place to re-activate it. In the "helps" area there are directions for deleting sounds, but I have not found where to enable. Please advise. Thanks.

We do not recall the "Erase All Non-Text Drawings" having a sound associated with it. And there is definitely not a way to associate a sound with a specific Control Bar button. We will check with Engineering to see if the "Erase All Non-Text Drawings" had a sound associated with it at some point. This was never the case. We cannot think of a reason why there would ever have been the triggering of an alert when deleting a Chart Drawing.

OK, all I know is that upon clicking the "yes" dialogue box a sound (call it a beep) and the non-text drawings would erase.
