Hello, this is a comparison between the IQFeed chart for PRNQ.Z and your chart. Both charts are set to 10-minute intervals and use Chicago time. However, your chart displays incorrect dates. The worst part is that in some areas it shows inaccurate price movements. I don't know how to fix the problem — can you help me?

The data is repeating. First thing to do is: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
