Hi i rolled over last week MBT futures contract and all of a sudden i don't get all the data i use continuous futures contract - date rule rollover - back adjusted i try to change the date range or the numbers of days to load but nothing happend its never happend to me previous times i rolled over MBT or any other futures contract it happen in intraday charts and historical charts aswell i now get the data from july 9 2025 and its not load more than that not sure what to do help me please |

thanks this intraday chart and daily chart in the intraday chart setteing i chose 'use date range' and changed the date to an earlier date than 2025-7-09 but when i press OK or APPLY it's back to 2025-7-9 same happens on the daily chart i chose date range and then changed the from date to a date earlier than 2025-2-28 but when i press OK or APPLY its back to 2025-2-28 when i try to choose numbers of days to load instead nothing happen both on Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted |

Hello, I also have this issue. I use all the same continuation settings as other products (working fine) but MBT/BTC not showing previous contracts/continuation data.

Changing the "Date Range in File From" will not have any impact on the use of the Continuous Futures Contract. That setting only applies to the current front contract. Please update your Symbol Settings by following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings And please disable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" to ensure that there are not some customized settings that are causing an issue. Refer to the following: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) Then go to the chart and select "Chart >> Reload and Recalculate" and let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
