My charts are not showing horizontal grid lines and I have tried all info in the support board here. please help |

Make sure that "Chart >> Horizontal Grid >>" is set to the region in which you want to view the grid. Refer to the following: Chart Menu: Horizontal Grid (Chart menu) Next, as noted in the above documentation, check the "Horizontal Grid Increment" and make sure it is set as you want and is not so large that you are not seeing any lines. The next thing after this is to check the color and line type of the horizontal grid to make sure it is not the same as your background and therefore not viewable.
