Hi, I want to detach a Charbook to keep it looking clean and Windows does a terrible job of restoring windows after I switch on my multi-monitors from sleep. is there a way to create a Workspace that you can restore in case all the windows that were open before switching off the monitors and restore them when I switch the monitors back on? Any function that already exists that I can use? N |

The size and position of all chart windows is saved with the Chartbook. So save the Chartbook. You can then close the Chartbook without saving it and reopen it to get the previous size and position of the chart windows.

There are definite issues that we have heard about with Sierra Chart after restoring Windows from "Sleep" mode. We definitely do NOT recommend using Sleep or Hibernate when you are using Sierra Chart. Note that we do not believe it is an issue with Sierra Chart, but rather how Windows is handling these items when restoring from those modes - and it is just not doing a good job of it.
