To display the Value Area High/Low and POC of a previous session, the easiest way to do this is to use the "Volume Value Area Lines" study and set the "Reference n Periods Back" to "1". We do not understand what you are looking for in terms of "and it updates as the days goes on". The previous session is over, so there is no updating of that data as the current day occurs. If you want the Value Area High/Low and POC for both the Previous Session and the current session, then you need two copies of the "Volume Value Area Lines" study, one that references one day back and one that does not. In the one that is for the current session, to see the history of how the values change over time, set the Input for "Draw Developing Value Area Lines" to "Yes". Refer to the following: Volume Value Area Lines Note that the above can be done with the Volume by Price study if that is what you want to use, just be sure to set the appropriate items in that study as mentioned above.
