Would this trade pair trade in a live market scenario? If tick-nyse is the action symbol and mes is the trade/quote symbol? I uploaded an image to show the setup? Tried to set up the trade evaluator but I have no success in doing so, there are just too many options there for me to configure and I get overwhelmed, frustrating. Thanks for any input or advice.

As long as you are sending orders that do not have any pricing components (i.e. a Market order with attached orders setup as offsets). Keep in mind that you will NOT see the Orders and Positions lines on the TICK-NYSE chart, as the prices for the MES are too different. Offhand there is no reason to have an issue with using the Trading Evaluator for this, apart from what we mention above. But, in the image you provide, the symbol is not the Trading Evaluator symbol. Make sure you have the correct symbol setup for the service you are using. I plan on going live with this and wanted to be sure it will have no unexpected issues. And, I also understand from this to do the same for the TICK-NYSE when I go live, big thanks!

Getting all kinds of errors in the trading evaluator. Cannot update/Trade account is not authorized, etc. Maybe you guys can set up an example boiler plate for the ES, because Im completely lost here...

Trying to add funds to the evaluator account now but its not updating in the trade account monitor. Any suggestions?

Got it working now, only issue is, its not exiting the trades based on my one tick take profit, any way to fix this in the settings? Thanks again.

You need to look at your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" and see what it states in regards to the Take Profit order that you have in place. It's possible that you simply have it too close and the order is not live until after the price has already moved that one tick. We would suggest moving it away about 5 ticks to see if that works properly, then moving it in closer and closer to see what occurs.
