Real time chart not working.

My real-time chart was working today, but it stopped working when I opened it later today. My Sierra chart says "Real time market data only supported". I can use another chart software with my real-time and it works but not sierra. Should I uninstall?

Sierra Chart does not support data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX. In order to get the data for these exchanges, you need to get it from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
