CB menu button no longer shows open chartbooks

The only way to change chartbooks now is using the PC Previous Chartbook or the NC Next Chartbook menu buttons in the control bar. I press the CB button now and it tells me "No Chartbook Open". I've always used speech recognition to change chartbooks "click CB, click Chartbook One", this has worked perfectly for years. Can't change chartbooks with speech recognition, can't change chartbooks by manually clicking the CB button, how do I correct this?

If you are selecting the "CB" menu, then any open chartbooks should be showing in there. If you select that menu item without using speech recognition, do you see the list of open chartbooks? If you use your Speech Recognition software to do this, is the list also showing the chartbooks or not?
