macbook m1 failing to download charting

Im having problems downloading the charting for my MACBOOK M1 contiuons to say failed downloading only gets to around the halfway point.I was reading up and noticed this: ( Use Single Network Receive Buffer for Linux Compatibility (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) [Link] - [Top] In the case of when you are running Sierra Chart on the Linux operating system by using Wine, it is necessary to set this option to Yes to ensure good network performance, and not have data corruption.
