Connection denied with Rithmic via funded ac (APEX)

I have a live trading ac with AMP with CQG connection. I have forgotten to cnnect last month to my live trading account to enable to receive Rithmic data on Sierra chart. I'm now connected to my AMP live account but if i want to switch to my Rithmic connection, it says that connection is denied.
Thanks to let me know how long i have to wait to get Rithmic connection back and in meantime will keep my live connection via CQG / AMP on.

What is the exact error you are getting when you try to connect to Rithmic?

Service connection Error:
Connection error message from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC /Logon error received from server: permission denied / Date Time 2025-07-14 22:19:06.
I never had a problem till today...
