Hi team, I’m sure I’m just missing something but I just can’t figure it out. I want to use the Triggered stop to enter, but I want it to trail lower/higher to get a better entry when possible. I’ve tried using the Triggered stop trail but if a buy order is set below market it just markets in. Here is an example of what I’m looking for. Market at 105, I want to place a triggered buy stop at 100 with the trigger at 99, once the market hits 99, If the market moves lower, I want the buy stop to trail down with the market until it moves up a tick to fill. Simply put, I want to get the best entry price to buy on a flush candle down. For clarity, the Triggered stop works perfectly, but as soon as I use Triggered stop “Trail” it enters at market, I want the trail to move down to get a better entry, not up to chase. Hope that makes sense. Thanks as always :) |
