Hello,

when i use SC Historical Data Service in intraday charts i don't have data from 2014-9-25 for YM and 6E,and from 9-19 for NQ. I did edit> delete all data and download but nothing.

For other contracts (ES, GC, ZS) i don't have any data in intraday charts and in the message log is written "Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates".

Thanks

Make sure the year part of the symbol is two digits.

Re-download the data again and then if you still have a problem post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

Restart Sierra Chart. Open one chart. Select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

After this, post a copy of the Message Log again.

We do not see any problem in the Message Log with data Daily or Intraday data downloading.

We need to have a better understanding of the problem. We want you to clear the Message Log because it has a lot of data in it that we do not need to see. Press the Clear Log button on the Message Log window.

After that, go to one of the charts with the problem and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. After the download is done, post an image of the chart following these instructions:

I have resolved the problem. I have opened a new chatbook, then i have opened a new intraday chart (for example YM) and the chart was ok. Then i have opened the "old" chartbook and i did "delete all data and download for an intraday chart (YM) and the chart is returned ok. Then i did the same thing also for other symbols with the same problem. Now they are all ok.
But if i did "delete all data and download" in an intraday chart in the old chartbook before to open the new chart in the new chartbook the problem remained.

We do not know why you would have this problem, but now that all the charts are OK, we consider this resolved.
