Good morning support I have just subscribed to the SCRTH data feed and activated Eurex With Market Depth. However I have opened the Trading Chart DOM and cannot see any depth of market data, no depth on the buy or sell side. Please advise. Thanks |

We have not identified any problems with your market data feed account or the data feed itself. What is the symbol of the Trade DOM? And when when you select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window, do you see market depth data? Also try selecting File >> Disconnect and Connect to Data Feed. When I select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window I can see market depth data for symbols GGZ14 but the same data is not showing in the chart trading DOM (ladder). have tried disconnecting reconnecting Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-06 08:48:13

You will need to add the Bid Size and Ask Size columns to the Trade DOM. Thanks for the suggestion. The columns I have are; Last size, Bid Size, Price, ask Size, Sell order Column, Buy order Column have reapplied as per instructions but still not working. Same settings as about 6 months ago when I last used SRTH data feed to view depth. Only difference is I then had package 5 and now have package 3 |

Panic over its working now. Made changed to global Chart DOM (was changing Trading DOM before)

Lastly please tell me how to get rid of the histogram style bars (red on the bid volume depth and green on the ask volume depth) which partially obscure the market depth numbers underneath. Thanks

If we understand what you are referring to, you can disable this through Global Settings >>Chart DOM Settings >> Display Volume Bar for Bid Ask Sizes. Otherwise we need to see an image of what you are referring to.
