Hello Support, My Sierra Chart account has been mistakenly classified as Professional, but I believe I qualify as a Non-Professional user under your policy. I do not work for a financial institution, I do not redistribute market data, and I only use the platform for personal trading. I may have answered a question incorrectly during the agreement process. Could you please assist me in correcting my data status to Non-Professional, so I can activate the corresponding data feed?
