Scale in not working in Spreadsheet

How do I get multiple entries in the same direciton to work? I have from the Trade Menu done Menu/Orders/Support Scale In. I have done Global Settings/ Chart Trade Settings/ Support Scale in with Pending Attached orders only. On the spreadsheet settings I have Allow Multiple entries in the Same Direciton = Yes. My spreadsheet shows two valid buy signals as shown, but I am not getting a second entry. How do I fix this?
