Jumping back in Replay Chart takes too long

During the trial, when I jump forward/backward by time/bar via "Replay Chart (Control Panel)", I never had the issue of loading except when I click "Start". As long as I don't click "Stop", jumping back and forth has no loading time (perhaps it may be so infrequent that I had not noticed). However, jumping back now always takes some time (2-3 seconds) which cumulatively adds up alot whenever I jump back in a 5 minutes chart. This is a hassle considering I jump back and forth. Since this is easier to understand when seen, I have uploaded a gif (smooth when jumping forward, slow when jumping back). PS: I have not tampered with "Chart Settings > Data Limiting" (it loads 30 intraday days) or "Data/Trade Service Settings > Common Settings" |

When you step backwards the chart must reload. Replaying Charts: << (Jump Back) Quote from the link above. To reduce the amount of time to reload the chart when jumping, select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting. Reduce the Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type setting to a smaller number.
When you were on free-trial, you had 10 day limit on data, now you do not. PS: I have not tampered with "Chart Settings > Data Limiting" (it loads 30 intraday days) or "Data/Trade Service Settings > Common Settings"
So maybe your chart now has 30 days data loaded, as that is the default? 30 days reload vs. 10 days reload is going to be noticeably different. TL/DR Load less data in the chart. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-07-05 10:58:36
