I'm running Sierra Chart on macOS [Ventura/Sonoma , and I’ve run into a strange bug: When I select the Chart Values Tool (Alt+6) and use the crosshair, it works fine. But when I switch to another app and then back to SC, the cursor becomes a default arrow instead of the crosshair. Sometimes, the crosshair does appear correctly on return, but it's random — I haven’t found a reliable way to trigger it. I’ve tried automating input (keyboard/mouse), hiding the Dock, etc. — nothing consistently restores the tool mode. Restarting SC or the Mac doesn’t help. This behavior used to work — switching apps and returning would leave the crosshair active. Now it only works sometimes, or not at all. A problem like this definitely is not unusual. This can happen on Windows as well and we do see issues like this. Although not necessarily this specific scenario.
