Hello Support.

I am trading Dorman with Teton Routing.

I put in an sell stop OCO order order yesterday for NQ at 22794.25 with my buy stop (SL)
at 22795.25 and my buy limit(TP) at 22777.

Surprisingly, my order got filled at 22790, price went to 22786 but my Buy Stop order (SL) was cancelled and when I looked at it, the price was already trading 22815.

I raised this issue with my broker but they said that it might help to ask this from Sierra Support.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

If you are using a Buy Stop and Sell Stop OCO order, one side will be canceled when the other side fills.:
Order Types: OCO Buy Stop Sell Stop

This is standard behavior.

I understand that. The issue here is that my sell stop (Entry) was triggered and then I had buy stop as my SL and Buy limit as my TP. Price didn't hit my TP and my buy stop was cancelled too. So I had to manually close my position 20 points above my stop price.

We understand that you had a parent order fill and you had a Stop and Target setup with that parent. And then it sounds like you are stating that the Stop and Target were removed, even though the price did not touch either of them.

If you believe this to be the case, then start by reviewing your Trade Activity Log and finding the order that cancelled those working orders. The OrderActionSource information for that order(s) will give you the information on why they were cancelled. Refer to the following:
