How to make sure everything is backed up for a transfer of SC to another computer

SC: If I want to put Sierra Charts software on another computer, will SC create all the other needed files if I have a back up of all the X.CHT and X.STDYCOLLCT files on a thumb drive? In other words, I can download the Sierra Chart software onto the new computer, then go to C: > SierraChart > Data > and put my X.CHT chartbook there and also my X.STDYCOLLCT studies collection there. Then in SC set my X.CHT as the chartbook for SC to load at start up of the SC software and then restart SC and it will load the X.CHT chartbook and the X.STDYCOLLCT studies collection with all my background colors and studies in that collection just like it was on the old computer? |
