Can’t activate Equities data feed

I would like to activate the US Equities Consolidated Tape Denali Data Feed but I get the error that the Exchange Agreement has not been completed even though I have completed and signed the agreement. What am I doing wrong? It worked fine for the NASDAQ but not for US Equities Consolidated Tape |
