Is there data for a 30 minute chart for Gold, Euro , Crude or Soybeans ect. that I can replay from 2012 2011 2010 2009 ?

Yes there is. Use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service for this:

We will make sure we have data loaded going back to 2009 for all of these. It may not exist back that far for these contracts right now.

When will it be available? Currently i am on service package5 . The most historical chart i can pull up is EU6M14 June 14 expiry for the EURO and GCEM14 June 14 expiry for GOLD. On a 30 minute chart i can only backtest about 7 months for each of those products. Unless i'm doing something wrong?

You can access a lot more historical data than that. You need to use the Continuous Futures Contract feature:
