ES options not loading properly and crashing software

Hi, ES options have not been loading correctly on charts since several weeks ago and I get a software crash each time I try. Previously, I was able to load different ES 0dte option strikes on charts and had no issues for months. But starting several weeks ago or so, when I try to load some of the strikes on charts, Sierra Chart software crashes every time. Looks like there might have been some updates on Sierra Chart at some point that started causing the crash? For instance, today: I was trying to load this strike "E4DM25 P6150.FUT_OPT.CME" on the chart, but it caused the crash again. Need help. There is no reason for you to be having this issue and we are not able to reproduce it. Please update to the latest release and see if you continue to have the problem.
