Hello! About a month ago, I subscribed to Sierra Charts and bought the Denali data feed. I did not realize it, but I had to open a live funded account in order to receive the data in real time. It took about a month to get approved for the trading account so I was unable to provide some information to Sierra upfront like account number and clearing firm. As a result, my account has been labeled as professional. I have now provided all the information and was hoping my account could be changed to nonprofessional.
