Hi. I usually have just 1 chartbook open and it contains 23 charts. If I walk away for a short period of time (even less than 30 minutes) and come back, the chart I was working on is still on my screen but as soon as I use my mouse to click on it, scroll etc., the chart clears and starts the reload process all over again. Is it possible I have a setting somewhere that says to reload when inactive for a certain number of minutes? Thanks.

This does not make sense why this would happen. Check the Window >> Message Log to see if there is any indication why this is happening. It makes no sense to us.

If your computer is going to "sleep" or "hibernate" modes while you are away, or if the screen saver is setup to pause applications, then this means that Sierra Chart would be missing data from that time which then needs to be downloaded and the chart reloaded.

Thanks, John. I’ll check the settings on my computer and will get back with you if the problems continue.
