Intraday Data Limitation on 240-Minute Charts Despite Full Access via DTN IQFeed

I’m reaching out regarding a limitation I’m experiencing with historical intraday data on Sierra Chart while using the DTN IQFeed data service. I am currently plotting 240-minute (4H) charts, but I’m only able to view about 6 months of historical data within Sierra Chart. However, when I check the same symbols using DTN’s IQFeed Time & Sales and IQFeed Charts applications, I can access a much longer data history (well beyond 1.5 years), indicating that the full data is indeed available from the feed. Based on DTN’s confirmation, the issue appears to be specific to Sierra Chart. Could you please advise how I can: Extend the historical data range for 240-minute charts to at least 1.5 years, or more if available? Check if there are any configuration or settings I need to adjust to ensure full intraday history is loaded? |
