Hello Sierra Chart Support, My username is: hamfx88 I have subscribed to the Advanced Package and activated the Denali Data Feed. I have also completed the CME Non-Professional Certification and all required agreements. However, I do not currently have a trading account with a supported broker. I am based in Iraq, and my goal is only to use Sierra Chart for educational and analytical purposes — not for live trading. I kindly request that you allow access to the CME/COMEX real-time data (gold futures) without a trading account under my non-professional status. Please let me know if anything else is needed. This is not something we can do. The requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account is a requirement from the CME Group, not us. As such, we have no choice but to abide by their rules. You simply have to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software, in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees.
