Hello, I am experiencing an issue on my sierra running on Paralels. My current setup is as follows: * Parallels Desktop: latest update * Sierra Chart: latest update I'm experiencing difficulty enabling OpenGL within Sierra Chart. Specifically: * In the x86 version, the "Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics" checkbox can be checked, saved, and exited. However, upon restarting Sierra Chart, the box is unchecked again. My understanding from the documentation suggests this indicates Sierra Chart cannot detect a compatible OpenGL version. thanks. best regards. |
