No trades in the Trade activity log

Hi, I'm currently using 2763 I do not see any fills or other trade activity in the Trade activity log for the current and also historical days. The only thing I see are the 'Statistics' which seem to be correct. I've activated All activity, All symbols and All accounts under 'Quick'. When I restart Sierra all trades and all trade activity will be displayed. But when I close the Trade activity log window and open it again all trades and all trade activities disappear again. I've reinstalled 2762 and suddenly I see the same problem also in this version. I could swear I did not have this problem in 2762. But maybe I've opened the Trade activity log only once a day before I've experienced this problem. The order fill markers on the chart will displayed correctly in any case. QC = 0 so no query is outstanding. Usually I have 4-20 trades per day so there is not really a big amount to read from the files. The strange thing is that only the Statistics will be displayed correctly. So the information must be readable from the file(s). All other buttons like Trade activity, Trades, Period stats, Chart stats and Account Stats show nothing. When I restart Sierra everything is fine the first time I open the Trade activity log. When I close it and open it again only the Statistics will be displayed. I would loose all statistics in this case isn't it? Currently all files use 205MB not really much. This is how "Trade Activity" looks like when I've restarted Sierra. Everything fine. The second image is how it looks like after I closed the Trade Activity log and opened it again. It's suddenly empty. I also noticed that the Duration column under 'Trades' was normally the fifth column after Exit Date Time(which would make sense). Now it's suddenly the second-last column before the Account column. I noticed that because I always save the trades to a file and import this file to Excel with a macro which also formats and removes some columns. As the problem started the formatting was suddenly wrong because the macro expected the duration column as the fith column in the file. When I close the Trade Activity log and open it again I can suddenly see many "Symbol" columns after "Account" which were not there when I opened the log the first time. You can also see that the other columns are now empty. |
