I think I've found a bug regarding saving TPO Profile Chart configurations.

1. Open TPO chart on ES, open study settings, Set Defaults.

2. Open TPO chart on CL. The CL TPO chart is moved to match ES price and it can't be moved down to see CL price movement.

This happens when the configuration is saved as a Study Collection too, not just Set Defaults.

(I am working around this by resetting the TPO study default, and reconfiguring the same settings.)

Are you able to reproduce this?

What I mean by "The CL TPO chart is moved to match ES price and it can't be moved down to see CL price movement."

The price scale shows prices around 6000, which is ES. Not CL, even though I'm on the CL chart.

Resetting the scale, moving it around with hand tool, etc. is not effective.

We are not able to reproduce this offhand.

Can you please get us the Study Collection that you created to test this. The file will be in the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. It will have a file extension of '.StdyCollct'. Follow these instructions to attach the file:

Yes here is the study collection.

Sorry I made some wrong assumption about how to reproduce it. Simply adding TPO and Set Default does not reproduce it like you said. I was busy configuring and didn't think it was related to my settings.

However, the attached study collection does reproduce the bug (for me at least).
I tried narrowing down which setting is causing it but haven't found it yet.

We are not able to reproduce this with your Study Collection. Every chart we add it to puts the TPO profile on properly with the correct pricing.

When you have this occur again, please open the Scale Settings for the TPO study and see what the "Scale Range" is set to. If it is anything other than "Automatic", then change it to "Automatic". Then resave the Study Collection and let us know if you continue to have an issue.

My scale range was set to User Defined with Auto Set.

Switching to Automatic fixes the chart, and then I can set it back to User Defined with Auto Set.

Thank you for the help!
