I have internet and rithmic is connecting but sierra will not. My acct has a surplus balance and is in good standing with denali. Service, username and password are all entered correctly.

Try to use another server. I switched to the European-server and it works now. From time to time, SC has problems to connect to the Chicago-server.

Rithmic had a problem with an ISP that caused this issue. They have told us that it is now resolved.
