Delayed Data Despite Subscribing to Sierra Chart Data Package & Connecting to IBKR

Hi, I have subscribed to the Sierra Chart data package and followed the instructions for connecting to Interactive Brokers. I have tried performing the procedure multiple times, but I am still only seeing delayed data. Please note that I do not wish to trade via Sierra Chart, I am only connecting to IBKR for the purpose of confirming non-professional status and receiving live data on charts. Please help me to get live data working properly. Log is attached for reference. Thanks. |

You do not have any CME Group exchanges active with us, which is why you would only be getting the delayed streaming data.
