Hi. Im using Denali with CME e-mini for pro and users w/o trading account, so 6E (for example) is delayed for me, ES is real time. Im experimenting and tried to connect my Rithmic data feed, follow all your instructions and documentations, know about issues. After I translate symbols and download data ES still realtime and running good, but 6E is still delayed. When I connect my Rithmic to MotiveWave - all running great and all CME symbols are real time. So I think I miss something, didn't think it's Rithmic problem with Sierra, maybe I need to deactivate my Denali subscription for Rithmic to show real time or what? |

The "CME E-Mini for Professionals" does not include real-time data for 6E. See below for the list of what is included. But the issue is that since you do have a CME exchange active, Sierra Chart is going to try and get all data for the CME From our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which means any symbol that is not part of the "CME E-Mini for Professionals" will be served as the Delayed Streaming data instead of coming from Rithmic. A way around this would be to install a second Sierra Chart and set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then when this is connected to Rithmic, you will get the data from Rithmic. This way you can get the real-time data from Rithmic for the symbols that are not part of the "CME E-Mini for Professionals". Another option would be to activate the "CME For Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" instead of the E-Mini option. This exchange includes the full CME exchange symbols.
