Hello, I'm experiencing a specific issue where all [CV-D] (Cumulative Volume - Difference Bars) and Footprint (Numbers Bars) charts stopped updating exactly at 21:59. Since that moment: Price charts (candlestick, range, etc.) continue to update correctly DOM and market data appear normal But all CV-D and Footprint-type charts are completely frozen — no new bars, no movement I have tried the following: Recalculating the chart (Ctrl+Insert) Creating brand new charts from scratch Deleting .scid and .depth files and reloading data Updating symbol settings from server Restarting Sierra Chart Checked the Message Log — no errors are shown The data feed is SC Data - All Services, and I'm using Binance symbols (e.g. XRPUSDT_PERP_BINANCE). It seems that delta-type studies are no longer processing new tick data even though regular price updates continue. Could this be due to a corrupted .scid file or a problem with delta data delivery after a volume spike? Please advise how to restore proper function for CV-D and Numbers Bars charts. Thank you. |
