Hello. I have purchased Package 5 and my account is active until 2025-07-17. However, in the Data/Trade Service Settings window, I do not see "SC Data - All Services" as an option. I want to view cryptocurrency futures charts like XRPUSDT-PERP and ETHUSDT-PERP. Also, on the Services Activation page, I do not see any option to enable SC Data - All Services or Digital Currency Data. Could you please check my account and activate the correct data feed? The name "SC Data - All Services" changed to "SC Data" in the past month or so. You should have "SC Data" as a selectable option in your "Current Selected Service" menu. And this should be already selected, there is no reason for you to have changed it. There is nothing for you to activate in terms of "SC Data - All Services" or "Digital Currency Data". You have access to the Cryptocurrency data we have available in the system on the package you are on.
