Orders not filling.

for some reason, my orders are not filling as of this time of post. I have tired market, limit, stop etc. and price just blows past it. its able to place the order but it will not fill. As of my knowledge, I have not changed anything I was doing since it was working. just on market open on sunday. I thought it was a script thing, but I tested opening a few standalone on chart market orders, limits, and stops and it never got filled either. I am using trading evaluator. Is there maintenance going on now or something or did I accidently change something.
