As per the title I can't see market depth. I used to be able to, but now I can't. I am trying to use it for equities. I believe that I have tried everything, but I am stumped.

I tried the instructions under, "Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels"
I have restarted Sierra Charts
I updated to the latest version, rolled back and then installed the pre-release.
I am connected to IB, so I restarted that.
I tried to change the symbols and made sure -NQTV is the suffix
I tried to change the "smart" to "island" for the IB symbol
I started a new instance, and also connected it directly to the Denali Feed / SC data under the Data Trade Service settings, so I could bypass IB
I have tried deleting and redownloading the data.
I realize this is the weekend so there is no live data stream, but at the very least I should be getting historic market depth data, correct?

What am I missing here? It's probably something so simple that I am going to feel like an idiot for asking, but I am stumped.

Thanks in advance.
