Hello, I have a feature request which I believe is currently not possible in SierraChart due to how data is loaded/refreshed in chart windows (I could be wrong about this). But I think it would be an extremely useful feature. Right now due to this limitation I need to use another charting service for this portion of my relative strength analysis which is not ideal. I'll try to explain:

In other charting platforms (Trading View, TC2000, etc), it is possible to compare multiple symbols on a percentage y-axis, that is based on the visible bars on the chart rather than a fixed number of bars. For example, in TradingView if I load SPY as the main symbol and then add AMZN as a symbol to compare, this creates a chart with a percentage scale with a 0 value that changes dynamically based on the visible bars. In otherwords, I can see the percentage change in price of both SPY and AMZN over 1 month, 3 month, or 6 months, just by scrunching up the chart and the data will re-calculate immediately.

Right now the closest I can get to this in SierraChart, is I can use the instructions here (Percent Change Since Open) to create a percentage scale with two symbols, but if I want to see the percentage change over a different period of time, I need to go in to the chart settings and change the number of days loaded of data each time. Due to this limitation I currently need to use Trading View or TC2000 for my relative strength analysis. It would be great if this could be done within SierraChart. Thanks for the consideration.

It is not something we currently have in our studies, but you can create a custom study to do this. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - Variables and Arrays: sc.IndexOfFirstVisibleBar

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
