I am trying to run backtests on SPY-NQTV and QQQ-NQTV. Scid files appear and Data Limiting is 650. However even for a 400 day backtest (starting 1 Apr 24) I cannot see the chart loading any data or bringing up trades. How far back does the data go for both these symbols - is the reason I am not seeing any trades the lack of data for the date I am starting? Nothing in the message log

Before you run a backtest you need to have the data already loaded. So whatever data is loaded for the chart will be what the backtesting is performed on. Therefore, if you are not seeing any trades, then you need to look at your trading system and how the backtesting is being performed.
