System Notification Message -> [Do not show this again] checkbox doesn't work

My balance is current for Sierra Chart to be rebilled in two days.
The System Notification Message pops up every time I start Sierra Chart. See attached.

This happens not just for re-billing Sierra Chart, but if I have CME data re-billing as well.

No matter how many times I check the "Do not show this again" box, it keeps coming back up.

Is there a way to disable these messages permanently?

There may be a reason why that message keeps displaying. View it in your browser and check to see if there any differences compared to the last instance of it.

There may be a date and/or time at the bottom of it.

It went away yesterday and I'm unable to see it on the Sierra Chart Desktop end. I'll update this in the future if it happens again and if I can find any differences between the two (browser and desktop).
